Appealing for help with nowhere else to turn. On 4/4/2025, I walked in to Hartnell Chevrolet in Salem Wisconsin with the printout of a 2025 Colorado which was located at the "Sleepy Hollow Chevrolet" dealership in Viroqua Wisconsin. I asked the sales manager at Hartnell if he could obtain this vehicle for me to purchase here (At Hartnell Chevy), or if I needed to go directly to Sleepy Hollow and purchase there. He said yes, he could have the vehicle transferred to his dealership for me to purchase through Hartnell. Hartnell Chevy is closer to where I live. I made a deposit to hold the vehicle and a few days later, the vehicle was sitting at Hartnell Chevy. The sales manager called me to tell me he now had the vehicle for me to finalize the deal and take possession. He followed with, "but, the vehicle is missing some of the package that should have been on the vehicle. Specifically, the "Midnight Edition, 40" OFF-Road Roof Lightbar, and also the Bed Mounted Sportsbar". He said they should have within a few days. With that, I opted to leave the vehicle at Hartnell until he had the complete package installed. These items are listed on the vehicles window sticker and on the contract. They are not add-ons after I purchased. In fact, the Sleepy Hollow website also shows the black rollbar and light mounted on the bed. Disappointed, and a week later, there were still no parts to complete the vehicle. At this point, and because I needed the vehicle, I took possession of an incomplete truck on 4/11/25. I paid cash for this vehicle so no financing was involved. So here it is, 5/28/25 and 47 days later with still no parts. The dealer tells me the same thing every time I call or stop in, which is that they still did not receive a key component of the package. Specifically, some sort of control/power module that allows for power to the light bar. The dealer claims to have the Sportsbar and light already but not this module, which prevents them from completing and installing. I am asking, appealing, begging anyone to help get this resolved. The parts department at Sleepy Hollow says that several of these modules appear to be in stock at various other dealerships, yet Hartnell tells me they can't get them. All anyone ever can say is "it didn't come in yet" and no one at Hartnell seems willing to even push this with wherever the part is coming from. Thankfully, T**** from the parts department at Sleepy Hollow has been trying and did confirm the part will be sent directly to Hartnell. I also tried opening a case with Chevrolet support. They say the same to me, the dealer doesn't yet have the part. It would appear that Chevy Support is simply making the same phone calls to the dealerships that I am, to ask for a status, rather than digging deeper to resolve the issue. Can someone please find a way to get this part to Hartnell Chevrolet? I am 65 years old and this is the first Chevy vehicle I have ever bought, and I've owned many vehicles in my life. I was not expecting anything like this. At this point, I would return the truck if I knew I could get a full, 100% refund. I simply can't believe what is happening here and short of turning to the news media, and/or other media outlets for help, (something I would rather not do), I don't know where else to turn. I implore you, Please Help

I was unsatisfied due to the following reasons . When I called and required about a oil change for my 2024, 2500 Silverado LTZ The representative quoted me the price of $ 134.00 While waiting for an hour and a half for a 7:00 a.m. appointment, the representative came up to us and asked if we would be interested in replacing our air filter and showing me the current one. I inquired on how much this would cost and he quoted me $50. Upon getting my bill and looking it over I was quite concerned for the hidden charges you added Shop fee....$ 12.74 Extra labor for air filter $ 10. I would be better off going to a oil change !

When I first arrived, I was greeted and then told that the dealership could not do the maintenance I had schedule for my truck online, from the Hartnell Website. I then explained that nothing was ever communicated to me before I had come in for my appointment about the dealership's inability to perform the work I requested, and that I had taken the entire day off from my job just for this appointment. Then, like magic, they were able to do the work. What changed? I wonder if it was actually done, as the lady told me that the some of the mechanics had called off... Since it's impossible for me to see if my transfer case oil had been changed, and I really can't tell about my other filters, I will just have to suppose a miracle happened and someone was there to do the work.... I did appreciate the ride home and the ride back to pick up my car. I hope you can see how I was confused by the situation. My oil appeared to be changed, tires rotated, and my fluids were topped off. Also, the truck was washed.

I went there to get an oil change in a tire rotation. They told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because of the type of lift that they had my truck on. That being the case if you weren’t able rotate my tires or don’t have the ability to rotate my tires you should’ve stated that upfront so I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming over there. Having now to either do it myself or go somewhere else and have it done

They were able to save us money on our loan by getting us a low interest rate which was much better than we found. John and Craig are awesome to work with. On the day we finalized our purchase everything was ready to sign which we did in about an hour. Craig walked us through all of the functions on the Tahoe which was very helpful since the 2026 models have many new features.
